COVID-19 updates 3/20/20

We are still open!  However, with the changing dynamics of this pandemic, our protocols have to be changed temporarily.  We are available for sick/urgent appointment needs, supply and food pick-up.  

At this time, we are restricting access to the clinic lobby and exam rooms to doctors, staff, and patients only except for end of life situations.  We will be operating according to the following process for patient visits:

Please call us from the parking lot upon arrival.  Treatment staff will discuss the reason for your visit over the phone and then come outside to admit your pet for their visit.  Doctors will examine your pet, contact you via cell phone with findings and/or treatment plan, and then transfer your call to reception to accept payment.  Please be sure to have your pet on a secure leash and/or carrier when you arrive.  

Our boarding facilities will be closed until April 7th or until travel restrictions are lifted.

The doors to our clinic will be locked at all times. If you are arriving to pick up medications or supplies, please call when you get here.  We will accept payment by credit card over the phone and hand your purchase out to you.  Cash and checks will not be accepted at this time.

All efforts are 100% being implemented as a means of protecting you, your loved ones, and our staff.  Our goal is to maintain availability no matter how things progress, but in order to do so, we have to make sure our staff stays healthy and protected.

These guidelines are subject to change as it is difficult to predict the progression of this situation.  Please stay healthy and safe!
